Aclaración de la Sentencia T-011/19.
La memorialista, en calidad de líder jurídica de la Dirección de Consulta Previa del Ministerio del Interior, solicitó la aclaración de la orden octava del fallo de la referencia.
De manera particular pidió a la Corte delimitar sobre qué proyectos, obras o actividades se debía adelantar el proceso de consulta previa ordenado.
Teniendo en cuenta que la aclaración rogada se formuló de manera extemporánea, la Sala de Revisión decidió RECHAZARLA.
